How a visit works

We keep numbers small, so every visit is booked ahead online.
Sign the waiver
Every guest signs our waiver before playing. You can do it online before you arrive.
Socks on, shoes off
For everyone, grown-ups too. Grip socks are best.
Two hours of play
Sessions end at the scheduled time, even if you arrive late, so come a little early.

They keep Bloom safe, clean and fun for everyone. Thank you for helping.
Socks on, shoes off
Socks are required for everyone, grip socks recommended. Shoes come off before entry, adults included.
Reservations required
Space is limited, so book ahead. Reservations end at the scheduled time, even if you're late.
Grown-ups stay close
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No outside food
We kindly ask that no food or drinks are brought in. The café has you covered.
Kindness is key
Bullying, rough play, hurtful words or damage to our space or team aren't okay. If it happens we'll ask you to leave: no hard feelings, just keeping everyone safe.
Waiver first
All guests sign the waiver before admission.
Feeling unwell? If your child is sick or has had a fever in the last 24 hours, please wait to visit. Unwell on the day of your booking? Just let us know and we'll refund you. We look forward to seeing you another time.

Good to know.
Do grown-ups need a ticket?
Parents are included with every child's ticket. Each additional adult is $10.
What about babies?
Babies under one come in free with a paying sibling. A baby under one on their own is $13.
Can I cancel or move my booking?
Yes, as long as you let us know at least 24 hours before your session. If your child wakes up unwell on the day, tell us and we will happily refund you.
Can we bring snacks?
We kindly ask that no outside food or drinks come in. Our café has coffee and bakery treats for you to enjoy while the kids play.
Do I need socks?
Yes, everyone wears socks, adults included, and shoes come off at the door. Grip socks are best.
Can I pay with a gift card?
Gift cards work for open play and special events. They cannot be used for parties, memberships, play passes or the café.
We come often. Is there a better deal?
A monthly membership gives unlimited visits, and the 4-Pack Play Pass gives four visits for less than the price of three.
